Spa Appointments 

    All appointments are recommended in advance, whether it is a single service or a spa package.  A credit card is required for the spa reservation.  To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended scheduling the next visit at the conclusion of your treatment.

Check in

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  Arriving late will limit the time for your appoinment, decreases its effectiveness and enjoyment.  Your treatment will end on schedule; we regret that we cannot extend the treatment time into our next guest's appointment.

Cancellation

    Our Spa requires a 24 hours notice for cancelling to avoid cancellation fee. ( $25 per service).  Any no shows will be charge for the full value of the treatments.

Personal Articles

    Please do not bring valuable items to the spa.  The Spa at the Croatian Village bears no responsibility for lost or stolen items.  All guests under 18 years of age must have permission approved by parents or an adult to receive body treatments, massages and facial treatments.

Returns

    All products can be exchanged for spa's credit in the first 15 days of purchase with receipt.  All gift certificates are non-refundable.
